What should I bring with me to my first appointment?

If you have dental insurance and are planning on using it to pay for your care, please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment. We also recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes earlier than you normally would for an appointment to fill out your new patient forms. If you have had any X-rays taken in the last six months, you can have that dental office forward them to our practice along with any additional notes that may be important.

What happens during the first visit?

During a patient’s very first visit to our office, we like to set aside a little extra time during their appointment to get to know them and answer any questions that they may have. This is your opportunity to learn more about our practice and the many ways we can help you achieve and maintain a beautiful, healthy smile. Building a strong rapport with each patient is important to our team, as we always want to have open and honest communication with each patient.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is an appointment where we discuss a specific treatment option with a patient to see if it is right for them and their oral health needs. Not every dental office offers services like or Botox, so if you already have a primary dental care provider but want or need an additional service, feel free to schedule a consultation with us. This time will be reserved for you to ask any specific questions you have, and then we can schedule your actual treatment.
